The management development workshop is available as an “in-company” option, or alternatively as an open course.
The need for managers who can perform effectively is an essential requirement in business today. They must be able to demonstrate their management styles and management skills with confidence and conviction and draw on a range of approaches to suit each situation. This comprehensive management development workshop uses a participative training style and is essential training for both established and newly appointed managers.
The focus of this course is on developing the interpersonal skills of the individual attending so that they can adapt their style to each person they manage. A personality profile is used which is easy to understand yet very powerful in understanding others. We take the approach that if you can manage yourself using effective interpersonal skills, you can then manage others effectively.
This is a pragmatic learning workshop, based on the needs of each course attendee.
