One trend we have noticed is that organisations now are also looking for their interviewers
to be accredited for taking on and using best practice
recruitment methods. Experience has shown that just because
you are made a Manager it does not necessarily mean you
want to, or are competent to interview for selection.
We can introduce such an accreditation process for
your organisation if it is appropriate to; the basic
programme will remain roughly the same, the difference
being in how we assess the attendees.
We agree the standards with the client in advance.
We then assess delegates on behavioural evidence during
the programme and provide detailed feedback on the second
'real play' interview.
The final assessment of the second interview
is carried out by the tutor following the course with
results being provided within the next two weeks after
the course. The only cost difference is the final assessment
following the course, costed at a price per delegate.
If delegates fail, a further follow up day or one to
one coaching is arranged to provide them with further
development.
