Assessor Skills Training
Assessor Skills training will skill your assessors to design and run assessment centres specifically tailored around a particular job specification.
Research suggests that using an assessment centre gives a 68% chance of selecting the right person for the job. It also indicates that if assessors go through assessor skills training to understand the skills of assessing, this percentage will be much higher.
You need to be able to break the job specification down into the required skills sets and then create effective activities to enable you to observe candidate behaviours in an appropriate scenario.
Your training needs to include an understanding of key individual and group psychology models to enable you to establish base measures for your observations.
