Louise is a Digital Learning and Technology Specialist at The Development Company, having joined the business as an apprentice in 2011 after studying at Northampton College. Her progression from apprentice to Director reflects both her technical expertise and her long-standing commitment to the growth and development of the company.
Since becoming a Director in 2022, Louise has played a central role in managing technical operations, overseeing digital projects, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business behind the scenes. She is trusted to lead and implement technology solutions that support both learners and trainers, helping the business continue to evolve in an increasingly digital training environment.
Louise has been instrumental in helping bring training online, supporting the development of virtual learning and interactive eLearning solutions that improve accessibility, engagement, and learner experience. She specialises in IT systems, eLearning authoring, graphic design, and interactive course development, with extensive experience using Articulate Storyline to create professional, engaging, and learner-focused training content.
Combining creativity with technical knowledge, Louise designs learning experiences that are interactive, accessible, and tailored to support a wide range of learning styles. She is passionate about continuous improvement and continually looks for innovative ways to enhance both learning delivery and business operations.
Alongside her leadership and technical responsibilities, she is currently training with Institute of Training and Occupational Learning to become a qualified coach, further strengthening her ability to support personal, professional, and organisational development.
