Case Study - Groupama Insurances (Financial Services)
Accredited Interviewing Skills - 2 Day
A two day programme designed to introduce the core
competencies of Groupama, in line with the financial
N2 regulations. Each delegate has a practise 'real play'
interview, followed by a 'real play' which is assessed
by the tutor away from the course. Each delegate is
provided with a copy of their tape and detailed written
feedback on their interviewing style following the day.
If a delegate fails the programme, a follow up programme
is delivered to help them with the technique.
