This train the trainer training course is aimed at those new to training to enable them to make an effective contribution to the training and development of others. It will give trainers the basic skills and knowledge needed as a foundation from which they can later develop the specialist skills of identifying training needs, training design, training delivery and training evaluation.

The course content and duration is dependant upon the specific needs of the organisation.

Train the Trainer for the Occasional Trainer

We specialise in tailoring trainer development for those people who have training as a part of their role. We have tailored events to develop people who train one to one IT and skills based sessions (such as needlework, machinery instructions, cookery) to events for people who train large groups in areas such as inductions. Our courses are designed to be pragmatic so that the learning can be applied and evaluated during the course.
